Important Changes for Members with Employment Law Services
At the turn of the year, TechSverige will become an independent organization, which entails a few important changes for you as a member with employment law services. Here is a summary of what will change and how you can prepare.
The Employer Guide (Arbetsgivarguiden)
What is changing?
- New Website: From December 17, your new Employer Guide will be available on our website, techsverige.se.
- New Login System: You will log in to the new Employer Guide with the same login credentials you use for Confederation of Swedish Enterprises (Svenskt Näringsliv) member portal. If you do not already have an account in their member portal, you can easily create one at Confederation of Swedish Enterprises website.
- Please note that your access to Almega’s Employer Guide will end on December 31. To ensure a smooth transition, Almega’s and TechSverige’s Employer Guides will overlap for a two-week period, from December 17 until December 31. Starting January 1, 2025, TechSverige’s employer services will be fully operational.
What do you need to know and do?
- Save the link to TechSverige’s Employer Guide: You will receive this link ahead of the launch on December 17.
- Make sure you have an account in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv) member portal. If you don’t, you can easily create one at Confederation of Swedish Enterprises website.
- Prepare for a smooth transition. Ensure that you have the link and login details well in advance of December 31, when TechSverige’s employer services will take full effect.
New Contact Information for Employment Law Services
What is changing?
- New Contact Information: As of January 2, 2025, a new hotline number and email address will be in effect for all employment law matters. These details will be communicated shortly.
What do you need to know and do?
- Save the new hotline number and email address.
- Note that the current contact details for employment law advice will remain in effect until December 31, 2024.
- Please note: The hotline will be closed on January 1 for New Year’s Day.
New Team of Employment Law Attorneys
What is changing?
- TechSverige’s Employment Law Team: As of January 2, 2025, TechSverige’s employment law attorneys will provide you with legal support and advice on employment matters.
- Local presence: You will be contacted by the TechSverige employment law attorney responsible for your region, so you’ll know whom to reach out to for local advice or negotiations.
What do you need to know and do?
- Starting January 2, 2025, reach out to TechSverige’s employment law attorneys for assistance. Until the year-end 2024/2025, Almega will be responsible for legal advice; thereafter, TechSverige’s employer services will take over.
