Who are the Swedish Agency for Participation, and what do they have to do with welfare technology?

The Swedish Agency for Participation and the IT&Telecom companies have a common interest in Sweden now having a well-functioning market for welfare technology. The most important part of the agency's mission is that they help municipalities get started with and really understand what welfare technology is. The fact that they also show how welfare technology can be used to create greater security and reduce exclusion makes them an important actor for the citizen as well!
