TechSweden's employer service - everything you need to know
TechSverige is an independent industry and employer organization within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. As a member, you have free access to free employer services, with a team of experts and lawyers specializing in tech industry issues. We are available around the country and our hotline is ready to help you during office hours and with digital support around the clock.
As a member of TechSverige you get access to:
- Personal support from experienced labor law experts and negotiators with specific expertise in TechSverige collective agreements.
- Telephone hotline during office hours, staffed by employment lawyers ready to answer your questions.
- Advice on employment law, personnel issues, reorganizations, the Rental Act and other issues that may arise in your role as an employer.
- Help with work permits, both in the form of advice and guides, but also the possibility of receiving assistance in applying for a work permit.
- Legal representation in labor disputes, both with the unions and in court.
- Training, events and networks for skills development and collaboration.
- 24/7 digital support and templates (an evolved version of the current Employer Guide using generative AI).
- Regional presence in the South, West, Central and North, for close and local support.

3. Secure your login details in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal: These details also give you access to TechSverige's new employer guide. If you already have an account in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal, use the same information to easily access the employer guide. If you do not have an account, create one here. For questions or guidance, please check our FAQ. Please note that your old login details for Almega's employer guide are not valid in TechSverige's new employer guide.
