Can I have a contract sent to me to review before I buy it?
Answer: No, TechSverige does not send contracts by email or post. To view the content of the standard agreements, please place an order in TechSverige's web shop.
Can a paper contract be scanned and emailed?
Answer: No, users of printed contract documents may not copy, scan, print, duplicate, or in any way handle the contracts electronically, e.g. contracts may not be emailed.
Can subscription contracts be stored electronically to avoid downloading them each time?
Answer: No, the contracts are kept up to date in our webshop and electronic storage of the contracts is not allowed, except for temporary storage as an attachment to a quotation via email.
How do I cancel my subscription to TechSverige's digital standard contract?
Answer: Log in to your account in this webshop and go to My account - My orders - press "Cancel subscription". Cancellation is done by the customer, but we at TechSverige can of course help you, email standardavtal@techsverige.se
When is the last time I have to cancel my subscription to TechSweden's digital standard contract in order for it not to be renewed?
Answer: Cancellation should be made at least 1 month before the automatic renewal in order not to start a new subscription period of 1 year.
Where is the invoice sent when I place an order in TechSverige's webshop?
Answer: A PDF invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the invoice address section of the order. We recommend that you enter an email address that is dedicated to invoice processing and is monitored by the company, e.g. email to your finance department. Avoid e-mail addresses of individuals as this often leads to missed invoices.
How do I change my password?
Answer: Log in to your account in the webshop and go to the My Account - Customer Information section - on the far right of the menu is "change password"
I forgot my password, what should I do now?
Answer: Go to the login page of the TechSweden store and click on "Forgot password". Fill in your username (the email provided when registering the account) and then click reset. An automatic email with instructions on how to create a new password will be sent to the username.
What happens when you order printed standard contracts?
All our standard contracts are printed when the customer makes a purchase of printed standard contracts, so-called print on demand. When purchasing print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when production of the product has begun, which means that the purchase of printed standard contracts is binding.
