Terms of purchase
Print on demand: All our standard contracts are printed when the customer makes a purchase of printed standard contracts, so-called print on demand. When purchasing print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when production of the product has begun, which means that the purchase of printed standard contracts is binding.
Delivery time: The expected delivery time for printed standard contracts is 2-5 working days.
Prices: Prices are quoted in SEK excluding applicable VAT.
Payment: Payment terms: 30 days.

General terms and conditions for standard contracts
All available material included in TechSverige's standard agreement is produced by TechSverige. Reproduction of the material is prohibited under the Copyright Act 1960:729.
Users of printed agreement documents may not copy, scan, print, duplicate, or in any way handle the agreements electronically, for example, the agreements may not be e-mailed.
Terms of use for subscriptions to TechSweden's standard contracts
- General
TechSverige provides via this web shop a subscription-based digital service, in the terms of use below referred to as the Service, which provides access to downloading all of TechSverige's standard agreements.
In the terms of use below, the company or organization ordering the subscription service is called the Company and TechSverige (organization number 802410-1936) is called TechSverige.
The Company is entitled to allow the Company's employees to use the Service described in section 2 during the current subscription period on the terms stated below. - Service
Immediately after the User has ordered the Service via this web shop and accepted this Agreement, the User will have access to the content provided on the Website from time to time. The Service and its content may be replaced from time to time in the future. Replacement, modification or updating of the content of the Service and changes to the appearance of the Website in general shall not constitute a change to the Agreement or the Service. In order to use the Service, the User must register a user account on the Website. The Company pays for a subscription linked to a User. The User is responsible for all use of the Service that takes place through the User's user account.
The Service includes digital access to the general provisions, agreements and comments published by TechSverige that are published on the Website from time to time. These documents are referred to below as Agreements. The Agreements covered by the Service are presented in this web shop. - Permitted use of the Service
During the current subscription period, the Company is entitled to send the Agreements in connection with quotations and/or contract negotiations to customers, prospective customers or partners. The Agreements may be sent electronically or printed in paper form.
If the Company is a law firm, legal firm or similar consulting company, the Agreements may, during the current subscription period, only be used in its own business and in connection with advice to customers. The Agreements may not be sent to such a Company's customers (clients) in order for them to use the Agreements against their customers or partners. - The Company's undertaking
The Company undertakes to:
a) Ensure that only employees of the Company have access to the Agreements via the Service,
b) Ensure that the Agreements are not stored electronically other than in connection with authorized use in accordance with section 3,
c) Ensure that the Agreements are not printed or used in paper form other than in connection with authorized use in accordance with section 3,
d) Ensure that printed paper Contracts are not used after the end of the User Agreement/subscription period,
e) Ensure that Contracts are only delivered in full, and that
f) At the end of the subscription period, ensure that Contracts are not available in electronic form or that Contracts printed from the Service are available in paper form at the Company's offices. - Fee
The subscription fee is paid periodically in advance, via the Website's proposed payment method, for each subscription period. TechSverige has the right to change the fee provided that the Company has been notified of this at least one month in advance. The new fee applies from the time the subscription period is extended. - Subscription period and termination
The subscription period is automatically extended by 1 (one) year at a time. If you want to cancel the subscription, this is done by the Company via the account in TechSverige's web shop no later than 1 (one) month before the end of the subscription period. If you cancel your payment before your current subscription expires, you will not be refunded for the remainder of the current subscription period already paid. TechSverige may terminate the subscription with immediate effect if the Company violates the terms of use or has not paid overdue fees and has not taken rectification within 15 working days of the request for such rectification from TechSverige. - Changed terms
TechSverige is entitled to change the terms of use provided that the Company has been notified of this at least three months in advance. The amended terms apply from the time the subscription period is extended.
E-signing and digital signing of documents
There is no requirement that the standard contract itself (i.e. the annex) be digitally signed to be valid between the parties. This has not been the intention, there is no signature block in our standard agreements. However, it is our recommendation that all parties sign agreements mainly so that both parties can easily show which standard terms/appendices the parties have agreed should be included in their agreement.
We recommend our customers to use the solution offered by DocuSign, they offer a service that is compatible with our password-protected standard contract files.
