A membership organization for all companies in the tech sector

TechSverige is an industry and employer organization for all companies in the tech sector. Our mission is to work with our members to create the best possible conditions for a competitive Swedish tech industry that drives innovation and development throughout society. TechSverige brings together around 1,400 companies that together have almost 100,000 employees in Sweden. These include everything from startups to large multinational companies.

We offer support on employer issues, collective agreements and strategic advocacy, as well as creating meeting places for exchange of experience and cooperation.

Our members are also members of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Sweden's leading business organization, which together with its 49 member organizations represents over 60,000 companies with a total of 2 million employees.

We do this by:

- Offer industry support, create arenas for exchange of experience and dialog. We offer services, knowledge and meeting places that support our member companies' business.

- Influencing policy, regulation and opinion. We promote the priorities of our member companies and highlight the value that our sector brings to people, businesses and society.

- Offer employer services and collective agreements. We are a constructive party that negotiates, provides labor law advice, training, negotiation and dispute support and otherwise acts to support member companies in their role as employers.
