A membership organization for all companies in the tech sector

TechSverige is an industry and employer organization for all companies in the tech sector. Our mission is to work with our members to create the best possible conditions for a competitive Swedish tech industry that drives innovation and development throughout society. TechSverige brings together around 1,400 companies that together have almost 100,000 employees in Sweden. These include everything from startups to large multinational companies.

We offer support on employer issues, collective agreements and strategic advocacy, as well as creating meeting places for exchange of experience and cooperation.

Our members are also members of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Sweden's leading business organization, which together with its 49 member organizations represents over 60,000 companies with a total of 2 million employees.

We do this by:

- Offer industry support, create arenas for exchange of experience and dialog. We offer services, knowledge and meeting places that support our member companies' business.
- Influencing policy, regulation and opinion. We drive member companies' priority issues and highlight the value that our sector brings to people, businesses and society.
- Providing employer services and collective agreements. We are a constructive party that negotiates, provides labor law advice, training, negotiation and dispute support and otherwise acts to support member companies in their role as employers.

TechSverige's preferred positions are goals for the association's development over the next five years.

We bring together the largest number of tech companies and act as a hub for relevant actors in society. By being proactive and leading in the tech sector's core issues, we are an attractive partner. We collaborate within the service sector and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and enter into strategic partnerships and collaborations with others for increased member benefit and impact. We attract both established and start-up companies and help to create business benefits. We do this by offering high-quality member services and market-leading business agreements. Our success is based on close dialog and good cooperation with our member companies.

We achieve better conditions for our member companies through well-founded proposals, proactivity and a well-developed network of contacts with politicians and decision-makers. Our employees are Sweden's sharpest experts with good insight into the member companies' conditions and the sector's development. TechSverige provides valuable support in employer issues and successfully drives the labor market policy issues that affect our members. We offer employer services that are adapted to the labor market of the future and that meet the needs of companies. Our leading, relevant and value-creating agreements make it easier and less costly to be an employer. Through constructive dialog with our trade union counterparts, we lead the development of the Swedish model.
