On International Women's Day, March 8, TechSverige is releasing a podcast episode where we check the state of gender equality in the industry with the help of the Nyckeltalsinstitutets CEO Tina Ekström.

We discuss, among other things, why gender balance is important and how to achieve the 50/50 target that many companies have. We also talk about the industry as an employer in general and whether hybrid meetings can create opportunities or become a trap.
