Tech industry climbs - second best industry in Swedish working life
The tech industry is ranked as the second best industry in Swedish working life. This is shown by recent figures from the Nyckeltalsinstitutet's ongoing survey of the IT, telecom and tech industry in terms of attractiveness and gender equality. But which employer stands out most in the industry? The answer will come in August when the report Tech industry as an employer 2025 is released.
- It is proof that many companies in the industry really invest in good and healthy working conditions," says Anders Johrén, analyst at Nyckeltalsinstitutet.
The survey is based on actual HR data from TechSverige's member companies and measures key figures such as the Attractive Employer Index and the Gender Equality Index Jämix.
Full report to be released in August
The data collected from TechSverige's member companies forms the basis for the upcoming report Tech industry as an employer 2025, which will be released in August. At the same time, Nyckeltalsinstitutet selects the industry's most attractive employers based on which companies present the best in terms of the Attractive Employer Index and the Gender Equality Index JÄMIX.
