TechSverige launches new course offering - free of charge for members with a collective agreement or subscription to labor law services
TechSverige is strengthening its educational offering for employers in the tech industry by launching a brand new series of webinars focusing on labor law in the fall of 2025. The webinars are free of charge for TechSverige members with a collective agreement or subscription for labor law services, while non-members can participate at a preferential price.
To meet both the need and demand for labor law knowledge among tech companies, TechSverige is now launching a digital training package consisting of current and practically oriented webinars. The programs are specially adapted for employers, HR managers and other positions responsible for labor law issues.
- "We saw a need among our members to have access to practical, up-to-date and industry-specific knowledge in an easily accessible format. Our webinars are a direct response to that," says Maja Khailat Holmberg, labor lawyer and head of labor law training at TechSverige.
A tailored offer with a focus on accessibility and relevance
The webinars cover key employment law topics such as negotiation and co-determination, dismissal, the Pay Transparency Directive and rules on working time and emergency preparedness. Several of them are also offered in English to meet the needs of companies with global operations.
A valuable membership benefit in a fast-changing industry
With the new course offering, TechSverige's members will have free access to concrete tools to stay updated and act correctly. The webinars are aimed at both those who are new to labor law and those who want to keep up to date with changes in legislation.
- We want to give our members the best conditions to act confidently and correctly in their employer role. Our webinars give them direct access to the knowledge they need - when they need it. It is a concrete and valuable member benefit in an industry where rules and conditions are changing rapidly," says Maja Khailat Holmberg.
Tech, IT and Telecom companies that are not members of TechSverige are also welcome to participate in the webinars but for a fee.
