The work of the IT Skills Council aims to ensure a good supply of digital excellence. This involves efforts to attract and train/further train both young people and professionals to the industry, and to match graduates, both native and foreign-born, with IT employers.

I think there are issues that we can work on together as an industry, and partly influence each other but also those in power in politics and education to make decisions that allow us to solve the issue in the long term.
