Labor Law for New Managers
Becoming a manager brings new responsibilities—not least as an employer representative. Recruitment, supervision, performance, and misconduct are a few examples of situations in which a manager needs to understand the applicable labor laws and know when and how to take action.
"Labor Law for New Managers" provides participants with a practical foundation in Swedish labor law, focusing on the issues and situations that managers encounter in their day-to-day work.

The focus is on what managers need to know and do on a day-to-day basis—from identifying and assessing risks to implementing measures and following up on work environment efforts.
