Investing for Sweden's future, Anders Borg

Anne-Marie Fransson, Director of the Swedish Broadband Association, writes on Newsmill about the recently concluded auction for the 800 MHz band and suggests that the government reinvests all of the 2 billion that the auction brought in. Of this, 300 million has been earmarked to expand and increase broadband coverage, but what happens to the remaining 1.7 billion?
