Campaigning, matchmaking and alliance building
We have many interesting activities coming up this fall. Both in Sweden and abroad. Among other things, the Swedish Data Council invites you to a post-election meeting on the data-driven election and we are organizing a matchmaking trip to Berlin for Swedish tech companies in October.
Data-driven election campaign:
On October 3, we have a post-election talk to talk about what role data had in the election campaign. We will meet at Bisnode together with invited guests from ministries, authorities and think tanks. Facebook, IIS and Kindred will share their insights on the topic. Click to read more about how we work in the Data Council.
Nordic Tech Week in Berlin October 29-30, 2018:
IT&Telecomföretagen, together with ICT Norway and the Danish IT industry, is organizing a matchmaking event at the Nordic Embassy in Berlin. The aim is to make Nordic tech companies in FinTech, Edtech, HealthTech and sustainable innovation visible to German business interests. We will also initiate a dialog on German-Nordic collaboration on digital policy issues in the EU. As a member company, you have the opportunity to participate, please contact Pär Nygårds for more information.
Copyright Alliance:
This fall, the Swedish Data Protection Authority and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise will launch a copyright test balloon. The aim is to create consensus in the business community on how copyright can be adapted to better promote the digital media market. To this end, we are jointly inviting relevant parts of the business community to a number of activities. More information on this will follow in the fall.
