Impact of the pandemic on IT&Telecom companies' members - January 2021

Due to the rapid development of events as a result of the corona pandemic and its major impact on the business community, IT&Telekomföretagen has sent out surveys to member companies on three occasions in 2020 to get a picture of how the industry has been affected. Given that the pandemic is still ongoing, we started the year with a fourth survey, with the opportunity to get answers about how the full year 2020 looked for members and how they look at 2021. This is therefore a compilation of the fourth survey that took place in January.

The purpose of the survey is to gather the latest information from our member companies to inform the state of the industry and provide the best possible support to our members, as well as to inform policy makers on what actions are needed to support businesses in the industry.

Methodology and facts

The survey, which was sent to around 1300 CEOs and CFOs of member companies, was open between January 18 and 28, 2021. It generated a total of 146 responses.
