New episode of the Vitecherupp podcast
Vitecherupp is IT&Telekomföretagen's new podcast about how the tech sector can contribute to a sustainable society that takes advantage of the opportunities of digitization. The guest in the second episode is Helena Kappen, Business Area Manager at Microsoft Sweden.
The theme this time is the skills shortage in the tech sector. The new report "IT skills shortage" estimates a shortfall of 70,000 people in the industry by 2024, unless strong action is taken. Helena Kappen will be joined by Åsa Zetterberg, Director of the Swedish Association of IT & Telecommunications Companies, and Fredrik von Essen, an expert on industrial policy.
