Was the Minister for Digitalization not present when the plan was developed?

Recently, the government submitted Sweden's plan to benefit from the EU recovery package.

Note that in two of the five focus areas there are no digital components at all. In two of the areas, there are what I would describe as "creative formulations" about digital components. It is only in the focus area "Expansion of broadband, digitization of public administration and research" that the digital component is clear.

No, it is not! Just because the government uses the word broadband 203 times and digitalization 83 times, this is not a recovery plan worthy of a country that wants to be the best in the world at using the opportunities of digitalization! Dare we hope for a backlash from the EU?
