Why do you think it is important to do what you do?
- Access to the right skills is crucial for tech companies to grow and develop. But finding the right skills is a major challenge in the tech industry. In my work, it is important to create better conditions for the industry to recruit and attract the skills it needs. This means everything from influencing decision-makers to invest in various skills initiatives to supporting the industry to work strategically with skills supply, equality and diversity.
