Annual General Meeting: New members take their seats on the Board

The new members are Johan Torstensson, CEO Tietoevry, Jenny Lindqvist, Head of Northern and Central Europe, Ericsson, Bjørn Ivar Moen, CEO Telenor Sweden, Charlotte Eriksson, CEO Softronic, Tomas Frimmel, CEO Microsoft Sweden and Sara Murby Forste, CEO Basefarm.

- The Nomination Committee has done a thorough job and ensured that we continue to have a strong board with broad representation from our member companies and the Swedish tech sector as a whole," says Per Wallentin, Chairman of TechSverige.

TechSverige's board is elected annually at the annual meeting. It is the nomination committee that puts forward proposals for candidates, which the members then vote on. The board must consist of a specially elected chairman and a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 other members. TechSverige's Federal Director is always a member of the Board.

TechSverige's Board of Directors shall have a representative composition, taking into account the membership structure. Board members shall be the CEO or other person in a leading position.
