Einar Humlin on TechSweden's presence in Almedalen
TechSverige is on site during this year's Almedalen week June 25-28. Einar Humlin, head of negotiations, is one of the participants on site who, among other things, participates during TechSweden and Swedish Engineers' seminar "Tech companies and collective agreements - what are the opportunities and challenges?".
Why shouldn't you miss this seminar?
The seminar provides a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the value of collective agreements in the tech industry. TechSverige has 1400 member companies, most of which are covered by collective agreements and are part of the Swedish model, appreciating it, working well in it and taking responsibility for it. During the morning, we will, together with representatives from the Swedish Association of Engineers and the companies, discuss the opportunities but also the challenges of collective agreements and how we increase its attractiveness.
What are your hopes and expectations for the seminar?
I hope that the seminar will create an open and constructive dialogue on how collective agreements can help foster innovation and growth in the tech sector, while also discussing the challenges that may arise. My expectation is that participants will leave the seminar with new knowledge and inspiration that they can take back to their organizations.
Anything else not to miss during Almedalen Week?
Later the same day, Wednesday, June 26, TechSverige organizes the seminar "With AI as a means - How to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness" at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. There we have an expert panel that will discuss how Sweden's AI position can be strengthened and thus also our global competitiveness. In addition to a number of other interesting seminars, I look forward to an exciting week of business intelligence and networking.
