TechSverige is strengthening - around the country
Industry and employer organization TechSverige continues to sharpen its activities and develop a high-quality and sector-specific laborservice. We are now recruiting experienced labor lawlawyers and a qualified HR manager. The new employees will have closero around the i the country.
The new employment lawyers are Siri Åhlmans, who will be responsible for the Western region, and Fredrik Strömberg, based in Stockholm. Jenny Moberg takes up a combined role as HR manager and employment law expert responsible for the northern region.
With more than 1,400 member companies, TechSverige is Sweden's largest industry and employer organization for IT, telecom and tech companies, and one of the largest associations within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. As the industry grows and develops, TechSverige's Board has in recent years driven the association's development to increase the long-term benefit of membership and attractiveness for companies in the tech sector. One part of this work is the decision taken by the Board in October to withdraw from the current collaboration with Almega in order to independently pursue the industry's common issues and offer industry-specific employer services at the end of 2025.
The organization is now making several important recruitments to strengthen its position as the leading industry and employer partner for IT, telecom and tech companies across the country. The three new recruits form a strong team together with Einar Humlin, Head of Negotiations, Karolina Löf, General Counsel, Lisa Eriksson, Deputy Head of Negotiations and Maja Khailat Holmberg, Labor Lawyer. Further recruitments will be made in the near future.
- We are and will be the best and obvious partner for all IT, telecom and tech companies that want to grow and develop in Sweden. With Siri Åhlmans, Fredrik Strömberg and Jenny Moberg, we are now further strengthening our ability and our already very strong team. We are incredibly pleased with our new trio, who will bring solid experience and expertise to our employer service and daily contact with member companies," says Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige.
Siri Åhlmans comes from a role as labor lawyer and head of the labor market group at Byggföretagen for the western region. There she has been responsible for labor law advice, training and information to member companies. She has also worked at a law firm and as an HR lawyer at the Svenska Spel Group.
- It will be so much fun to be part of the very exciting phase that TechSverige is in. I really look forward to being involved in building a really good employer service and, above all, getting to know the members and understanding their challenges and exciting activities," says Siri Åhlmans.
Fredrik Strömberg comes most recently from the industry and employers' organization Maskinentreprenörerna where he works as a labor lawyer. There he has, among other things, been responsible for central negotiations and renegotiated collective agreements during contract negotiations. Prior to that, he was an employment lawyer at Byggföretagen.
- It will be great fun to start at TechSverige and get to know the member companies and their businesses. It is an incredibly exciting industry and I look forward to contributing to making members' everyday lives easier. It is a privilege to be part of the journey TechSverige is making and to be part of the great team that Åsa, Einar and Karolina are putting together," says Fredrik Strömberg.
Jenny Moberg has extensive experience from HR and labor law work in the service sector, industry and as self-employed. She comes most recently from Industriarbetsgivarna and has previously worked for many years at Almega and as a self-employed person.
- I am very much looking forward to contributing to building and developing both the internal and external operations of TechSverige. I am passionate about making a difference and look forward to helping member companies with their labor law challenges while also participating in the work of building an organization where we ourselves are a world-class employer, says Jenny Moberg.
