In the midst of a new technological shift, where AI and digitalization are reshaping the world of work, business, and the public sector, policymakers face critical decisions. At the same time, demands for competitiveness, digital resilience, and security are growing. How can we harness the potential of technology—and how can Sweden position itself in the global marketplace and the emerging AI economy?
This debate brings together representatives from the parties in the Riksdag for a lively discussion on direction, reforms, and pace. The focus is on what is actually needed to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness, welfare, and security—and to secure Sweden’s place in global AI development. The question is simple: Who has the best tech policy to lead Sweden forward?
