In conjunction with the report’s release, we’re bringing together our HR network, People in Tech, from across the country to discuss the findings, share experiences, and delve deeper into the report’s key insights.

On September 22, this year’s report,*The Tech Industry as an Employer 2026*, will be released. TechSverige produces this report annually in collaboration with the Nyckeltalsinstitutet. The report is based on extensive HR data from member companies in the tech sector and provides a unique perspective on how the industry is evolving in areas such as gender equality, health, talent acquisition, and employer attractiveness.

To coincide with the report’s launch, we’re inviting our HR network,People in Tech, to exclusive networking events across the country, where you’ll have the opportunity to hear the report’s findings directly from the Nyckeltalsinstitutet. Together, we’ll delve into this year’s most important insights and discuss what the findings mean for the tech industry’s future employer challenges.
