They will select the 2026 Swedish AI Personality of the Year 

This fall, the 2026 Swedish AI Professional of the Year will be announced. Today, the jury responsible for selecting this year’s winner is being introduced. The jury brings together expertise in AI and digitalization from the business community, academia, and the public sector. 

The jury chair is Åsa Zetterberg, CEO of TechSverige: 

– For the seventh consecutive year, TechSverige is presenting the “Swedish AI Person of the Year” award to recognize individuals who are driving the advancement of AI. AI is already transforming society, the labor market, and the business sector, and is creating significant opportunities for innovation, increased competitiveness, and greater well-being. With this award, we want to highlight role models who demonstrate how technology can be used responsibly and create tangible value for people, businesses, and society. I look forward to selecting this year’s winner together with our expert jury.

Nominations for the award are being accepted at aretsaisvensk.se, and the winner will be announced in the fall of 2026. 

About the “AI Swede of theYear”
The “AI Swedeof the Year” is an award presented by TechSverige. The award goes to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the development and visibility of Swedish AI. This is the seventh consecutive year the award has been presented. Last year’s winners were Lovable co-founders Anton Osika and Fabian Hedin.
