New LAS - new benefits of collective agreements

In the fall of 2022, a number of major changes to the LAS are expected to come into force. The changes in the law will have a major impact in a number of important areas and there is good reason to immerse yourself in the consequences of the changes. One thing that is clear is that the benefits of having a collective agreement are now greater than ever, and companies with collective agreements will gain some important advantages in relation to the employer issue compared to those without, especially in the context of fixed-term employment, dismissals for personal reasons, rotation circles and redeployment opportunities.
