In this webinar, you will get an overview of the key elements of the AI Regulation, with a focus on its application in the workplace. We will cover definitions, risk classifications, prohibited uses, and how employers can prepare to use AI in a legal, safe and fair way. You will also receive a concrete proposal for a checklist and AI policy that will help you meet the new requirements for AI knowledge.
Aims and objectives
The webinar aims to provide you with a practically useful overview of the AI Regulation, especially the parts that affect HR, management and hiring decisions. You will get concrete advice on what you need to do already now, what is prohibited, and how to build a sustainable AI use within your organization.
