In this course, we will look at the responsibilities of the employer and the employee in the case of sick leave and work adaptation. We discuss how far the employer's personnel responsibility extends and the employee's obligation to contribute to their own return to work.
Course content
The course covers the following areas:
- What is rehabilitation & work adaptation? An introduction to the concepts and their importance in working life and current legislation.
- Rehab chain: Step-by-step review of the rehabilitation chain.
- Collaboration and roles in the rehabilitation process: Review of the roles and collaboration of the different actors in the rehabilitation process.
- Rehabilitation & work adaptation in practice: Practical examples and applications.

The course is aimed at those who are CEOs, HR specialists, managers, supervisors with personnel responsibility who want to strengthen their knowledge in the field of work environment.
