As an employer, you are responsible for the work environment. During this webinar, we will go through the basics of relevant legislation, division of responsibilities and talk about how to work with the systematic work environment management to ensure a safe and effective workplace.
During the course we will touch on:
- What does the law say about health and safety?
- What are the responsibilities and obligations of employers, managers and employees?
- How to be proactive in health and safety
- Annual Systematics (SAM) Survey, risk assessment, actions and follow-up. We also discuss risk assessment for planned changes, procedures for SAM, and allocation of work environment tasks.
Target group
The course is aimed at those who are new to labor law and are a CEO, HR specialist, manager, supervisor with personnel responsibility or in some way come into contact with labor law in your daily work.
