This course gives you an in-depth understanding of roles, responsibilities and collaboration in work environment management. The employer has the overall responsibility for the work environment, but different roles in the organization have specific tasks and expectations. The course provides knowledge about who is responsible for what and what expectations there are of different roles in the organization.
Course content
Get a full overview of roles, responsibilities and collaboration in the work environment
The course covers the following areas:
- Roles and responsibilities: Understand the roles and responsibilities of the different actors in health and safety management.
- Allocation of health and safety tasks: Learn how health and safety tasks can be allocated.
- Safety representatives and safety committee: Understand what issues are dealt with in the safety committee and the liaison group.
- Collaboration: How can you work to make collaboration work well? What structures and procedures facilitate collaboration?
- Workplace induction: Understand the employer's responsibilities for induction of new employees.

The course is aimed at those who are CEOs, HR specialists, managers, supervisors with personnel responsibility who want to strengthen their knowledge in the field of work environment.
