Course description
What you get in the course
Basic work environment
We go through the work environment legislation and what risks we have in the business, responsibilities and obligations as an employer, manager and employee, the role of the safety representative, hired / hired out, notification and investigation of incidents and accidents.
Systematic work environment management (SAM)
Review of what is included in SAM. What should you think about in terms of investigating, risk assessment, remediation and follow-up? Risk assessment prior to planned change, procedures for SAM, allocation of work environment tasks.
Organizational and social work environment (OSA)
What are unhealthy workloads, victimization and working hours that can affect health? What should be investigated and how? We discuss what preventive work can look like.
