As an employer and manager, you are responsible for the work environment and you must know what the legislators and authorities expect of you. In this basic work environment training, we go through the work environment legislation, responsibilities and roles, notification obligations, and step by step the content of the systematic work environment management.

Course description

What you get in the course

Basic work environment
We go through the basics of work environment legislation, the roles in work environment management, and the responsibilities and obligations of employers/managers, employees and safety representatives.
Systematic work environment management (SAM)
We take a closer look at what systematic work environment management entails, how to detect and prevent risks, what must be reported and documented, and how work environment tasks should be distributed in the business.
Organizational and social work environment (OSA)
You will learn how factors such as unhealthy workload, working hours and victimization can affect health, what knowledge requirements are placed on managers and how you can prevent ill health and promote a good work environment by working systematically with the organizational and social work environment.

Target group
The training is aimed at employer representatives such as managers and HR staff. If your safety representatives need training, you can contact Prevent, trade union organizations or order a company-based training
