Who actually has health and safety responsibility and how is it best shared? It may sound like a cliché to say that everyone has a health and safety responsibility, but it is nevertheless true. So what determines who has criminal liability? Is it only managers or can an employee also have it?

This is what you will learn in the course
During this online training, we discuss the concept of responsibility and the approach you should take when you, as an employer, allocate (delegate) tasks. An important lesson you will learn during the training is that we can only allocate tasks and not delegate responsibilities.
