Course description

This is what you will learn in the course
The Discrimination Act places great demands on employers to work actively to prevent discrimination in the workplace. But how should this be done and what must you as an employer do to comply with the law? What are the grounds for discrimination and how should you think when recruiting employees? 

In the course, you will get an overview of the discrimination legislation and related practice to enable you to have an overview of this important legal area and work proactively with the problems that may arise.

Both have extensive experience of the various issues that may arise around discrimination, including as representatives in court but also in the daily advice to managers and HR in the business community

Target group

We are aimed at you as a manager, supervisor or other person acting as an employer's representative in your professional role who wants an overview of what constitutes discrimination and how you can avoid discriminating against job applicants and employees.
