Although life is starting to transition to a life without restrictions, teleworking seems to have become something that will continue to be used in Swedish companies. But what will the rules for such remote work look like, and how should a manager manage remotely?

This is what you get in the webinar
In this webinar you will get an overall review of the labor law and work environment rules that apply to remote work, but in addition to that also a presentation of lessons and tips regarding remote leadership. In the second half of the webinar, we divide into smaller groups and discuss based on what we have been presented in the first half. The last part of the webinar is a recap and presentation of the results of the group discussions.

Course leaders
Tuija Kivisto Ivarsson, employer policy expert, and Nils Bergh, labor lawyer, have experience in dealing with issues related to work and the labor market during and after the covid pandemic.
