In this 45-minute webinar, you will get a concrete, step-by-step guide on how to fulfill your obligations as an employer and avoid common mistakes in trade union relations.
Aims and objectives of the course
The course aims to give you a practical and clear overview of what applies under the MBL when it comes to trade union negotiations and information obligations. You will receive guidance on how to prepare and conduct negotiations correctly and professionally, and how to strengthen your ability to act with legal certainty in contact with trade union parties.
After the course you will be able to:
- Understand the basics of the Swedish model of trade union cooperation
- Fulfill the employer's information and negotiation obligations under the Co-determination Act (MBL)
- Preparing and conducting trade union negotiations according to the right structure
- Know the rules on board representation and trade union representatives
