For small businesses: Boosting business with sustainability - how to move forward?
date
Location
In collaboration with Almi Stockholm, Almega invites you as a member, with up to 49 employees and active in Stockholm, to a free, exclusive workshop, on site at Näringslivets Hus, which gives you the tools you need to succeed.
Course description
Why should you participate?
Do you find it difficult to know where to start or how to move forward with your sustainability efforts? This workshop will help you choose the right actions to reduce risks, find new business opportunities and create societal benefits.
What you can expect:
- Materiality analysis: Understand what is important to your company, your stakeholders and society.
- Identifying Sustainability Areas: Discover which areas have the greatest potential to create business value and reduce sustainability risks.
- Strategic Planning: Create an overall plan for your sustainability work going forward.
- Communication: Learn how to communicate about sustainability and avoid 'washing'.
Working on sustainability is not about doing as much as possible, but about doing the right things. This workshop has helped many small business owners take a fresh look at their sustainability efforts and prioritize the right actions to increase both profitability and societal benefits.
A strong recommendation is that you have two participants from the company to bring different perspectives to your work and that one party sits on the management team.
