This is an introduction to what applies to security clearances in relation to labor law. We will touch on: 

• Basic elements of security clearance that you as an employer need to manage. 
• Labor law challenges that may arise in the context of security clearances. 
• Case law from the Labor Court. 
• Government report "Improved processes for security clearances".
