This is an introduction to what applies to security clearances in relation to labor law. We will touch on:
- Basic elements of security clearance that you as an employer need to manage.
- Labor law challenges that may arise in the context of security clearances.
- Case law from the Labor Court.
- Government report "Improved processes for security clearances".
