This course is for those who have participated in our basic course or have practical experience in labor law matters. Over the course of a full day, we will immerse ourselves in the subject through group exercises and discussions.

Content of the day:
MBL and the obligation to negotiate
- Primary and secondary duty to negotiate
- The obligation to provide information
- Wage demands according to § 35 MBL
- Limitation rules in MBL and other relevant legislation
Dismissal by the employer
- Dismissal due to lack of work
- Dismissal for personal reasons
- Dismissal
- Agreement on termination of employment
Review of relevant court cases related to the above topics.
Target group
We are aimed at those who have basic knowledge of labor law and are managers, supervisors with personnel responsibility or who in some way come into contact with labor law in their daily work.
