The key to success in an employment law negotiation is knowledge. Negotiations are as much about labor law and analysis as they are about psychology. In this course, we'll give you strategies and ideas to use when it's time to negotiate, successfully.

Course description

Negotiation is an essential tool for preventing and resolving disputes between trade unions, employees and companies. We will discuss how unions can act and hone your behavior and techniques through practical exercises. You will be provided with the tools you need to prepare, conduct and conclude a negotiation. We also give you tips and advice on how the successful negotiator acts in different situations so that you feel confident in your role.

We are aimed at those who work as HR managers, HR specialists, personnel managers, negotiation managers and those who work with the company's labor law issues and need to deepen their knowledge.
