How to be the best leader

What will the workplace look like after the pandemic and what demands will it place on us as managers? The answers include concepts such as office co-working, local work hubs, remote working and hybrid offices with one thing in common: they are flexible. All of this is a new challenge for you as a leader.   

Course description

This is what you get in the course:

How do you want your workplace to function and be organized in the future and how do you respond to different demands and wishes from employees? 

How do you communicate with employees when many may continue to work from home?What is the economic situation in the company, is there a need for new recruitment or has the pandemic had a negative impact so that you need to give notice? What about salary reviews, targets and performance reviews?  

Based on both practice and regulations, we go through questions and situations that may arise in everyday life where good leadership is and will be crucial.  

Course leaders
Susanne Svärd Elfström, employment lawyer and Tuija Kivisto Ivarsson, employer policy expert, both have extensive experience in business as managers and HR with employment law expertise.
