Aims and objectives of the course
This webinar aims to provide you with a clear and practical overview of how to manage a business transition. The focus is on increasing your confidence in carrying out the process correctly, in a structured and legally secure manner, both legally and communicatively.
After the course you will be able to:
- Identify when a business transfer has taken place and what legal requirements apply
- Prepare and conduct union negotiations in accordance with the Swedish Trade Union and Management Co-determination Act (MBL)
- Use templates and checklists for transition offers and documentation
- Handling collective agreements and termination of agreements during transition
- Inform and communicate the change to affected staff in an appropriate manner.

The course is aimed at those who are new to labor law and who are CEOs, HR specialists, managers, or supervisors with personnel responsibility, or who otherwise come into contact with labor law in their daily work.
