The share of women in the tech industry today is 30%, the share of female CEOs is 17%.
Many events are organized for women to attract them to apply for jobs and also to attract them to technical education. But what can we do to make them want to stay? In a male-dominated industry, we need to take responsibility together and talk about how we can create an inclusive culture in tech. But how do we do that?
Many events are organized for women to attract them to apply for jobs and also to attract them to technical education. But what can we do to make them want to stay? In a male-dominated industry, we need to take responsibility together and talk about how we can create an inclusive culture in tech. But how do we do that?
We will talk about this during the event "How do we talk?" which is divided into two parts. A morning session where a panel of male leaders in the industry will talk about challenges and successes. And an afternoon session to talk about how norms limit us and how we can act differently to create an inclusive culture.
