On October 1, 2022, new rules under the law and the main agreement on, among other things, dismissal and redeployment began to apply. Almost a year and a half later, we can see that there have been changes to labor law that you as an employer need to be aware of. Among other things, the rules on dismissal, both for personal reasons and for redundancy, have changed.

What you get in the course
In this course, you will get an overview of the new rules in LAS and the agreement, the so-called "Main Agreement", concluded between the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and PTK/LO and others.
