The new EU Pay Transparency Directive will bring major changes to the way pay is set, communicated and reported - even in smaller companies. The directive, which will enter into force in Swedish law on June 1, 2026, aims to reduce unjustified pay differences between women and men through increased transparency. Aims and objectives of the course

The course aims to provide a concrete overview of the requirements and implications of the Directive. The focus is on how to implement pay transparency in practice - from pay mapping and reporting to internal communication and policy development.
