The EU’s new Pay Transparency Directive imposes new requirements on employers regarding transparency, information, and reporting of wages. The aim is to combat unjustified pay disparities and strengthen the principle of equal pay for equal work and work of equal value.
After the Swedish government requested a renegotiation, the European Commission announced that the directive would neither be renegotiated nor postponed. The Swedish legislative process must therefore resume, but it remains uncertain when new Swedish legislation will be in place.
In this 45-minute webinar, you’ll get the latest updates on the Pay Transparency Directive and the legislative process in Sweden, along with practical guidance on how you, as an employer, can start preparing your organization to ensure compliance.
