Using AI as a tool - How to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness

On Wednesday, June 26, 14.30-15.15, TechSverige will organize a seminar with panel discussions under the heading With AI as a means - how we strengthen Sweden's competitiveness at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise at Hamngatan 3 in Visby.
AI is developing at a rapid pace and many countries are making major investments. Sweden, which has historically been a digital pioneer, is lagging behind in international comparisons. National initiatives have been taken to strengthen our capabilities, but are these sufficient to ensure global competitiveness?
Sweden has many advantages and opportunities to strengthen our competitiveness through AI. Given that about fifty percent of GDP comes from the export industry and that our prosperity is very much based on this, we need to have a special focus on AI to future-proof Sweden. During the seminar, leading experts and representatives from the tech industry, academia, the Nordic Council of Ministers and the AI Commission will discuss the way forward to secure Sweden's position and create the conditions for AI to become a driver of entrepreneurship, new companies, new applications and services that strengthen Swedish competitiveness.
