What happens in relation to the Pay Transparency Directive?

TechSverige's new General Counsel, Karolina Löf, explains in general terms what the Pay Transparency Directive - to be implemented in Swedish law by June 2026 - means in terms of new obligations for employers and what preparations you can make now.
