Course objectives and content
Sooner or later, most organizations are faced with the challenge of dealing with employees who do not live up to expectations. Whether it's repeated misconduct, cooperation problems or refusal to work, it is crucial for employers to act in a correct and lawful manner. This course will give you the knowledge and tools you need to deal with misconduct in the workplace.

- Misconduct and consequence management: How do you deal with unauthorized absences, cooperation difficulties, poor performance or disloyalty?
