The use of narcotics and drugs has no place in the workplace, yet it is increasing. As an employer, you may be faced with situations where you are expected to act and it is important to know what obligations and employment law options are available to you.

Course description

It is important that you as an employer, in time, discover employees who use narcotics, doping preparations or other drugs as the use of drugs can affect both the work ability of the individual and the safety of the workplace. As it can be about otherwise well-functioning employees who, for example, use drugs on weekends or as a party drug, it can be difficult to detect.

This is what you get in the webinar

With the guidance of leading experts in the field, we go through and discuss together what obligations and labor law opportunities you as an employer have to detect and take action against the use of drugs. Is there a difference between drugs classified as narcotics and, for example, doping preparations, can you drug test your employees and do you have an obligation to work preventively in the workplace.

We encourage active participation and welcome your questions and concerns before the webinar. You will also have the opportunity to ask your questions via chat during the seminar.
