The 2023 collective bargaining mark has now been set. The mark is the level of cost increases set by the parties in the most competitive sector, industry, in a collective bargaining round and serves as a benchmark for all sectors of the labor market. It also determines how much wages should increase at a collective level during the defined agreement period.
