This is what you will get in the webinar
We will go through at a basic level the employer's future obligation to inform about starting salaries, which employers will be subject to rules on salary reports and how to prepare by having the salary mapping work in place. We will also touch on issues relating to penalties, damages, cooperation with trade unions, new procedural rules and the changing role of the Discrimination Ombudsman.
